Welcome to Denshin.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Denshin website at denshin.io, the application at app.denshin.io, the player handbook at docs.denshin.io, and the quests, scoring systems, leaderboards, rewards, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using Denshin, creating a profile, connecting a wallet, linking a social account, participating in quests, or receiving rewards, you agree to these Terms. How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
01About Denshin
Denshin is an early-stage independent software project: a browser game in which players complete on-chain quests on Base, Soneium and Sonic on a live city map. Denshin verifies on-chain and off-chain activity, calculates points and scores, and runs seasonal leaderboards with a season prize pool.
The detailed rules of the game — points, ranks, verification, seasons and payouts — are published in the player handbook.
Denshin is currently operated without a registered legal entity.

02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to use blockchain and digital asset services in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
You may not use Denshin if your use of the Service would violate applicable law, sanctions, export restrictions, or other legal requirements.
03Wallets and Blockchain Activity
You sign in to Denshin with a blockchain wallet, and you may link additional wallets to your profile. One of them is your main wallet: quests are checked against it, and a payout is sent to it.
Signing in and linking a wallet are message signatures, not transactions. They cost no gas and grant no spending permission.
Denshin is non-custodial. Denshin never holds your funds, and we do not control your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, or digital assets.
Denshin will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and will never ask you to send funds or approve a token allowance in order to sign in, verify a quest, or receive a reward. Anything that does is not Denshin.
On-chain quests ask you to perform actions — such as swaps, deposits, or providing liquidity — from your own wallet, directly on third-party blockchain networks and protocols. Denshin does not make these transactions for you.
You are solely responsible for:
- keeping your wallet and credentials secure;
- reviewing and approving blockchain transactions;
- paying network fees and gas fees;
- understanding the risks of blockchain transactions;
- ensuring that your activity is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Denshin cannot cancel, reverse, or recover transactions made through third-party blockchain networks or protocols.
04Quests and Verification
Denshin provides quests involving blockchain transactions, protocol interactions, linked social accounts, community participation, or other actions. On-chain quests currently run on Base, Soneium and Sonic, and each quest names the network it expects.
Quest completion may be verified using:
- public blockchain data, read through blockchain data providers;
- information from the X, Discord, or Telegram accounts you link;
- your activity recorded in Denshin;
- automated verification systems.
On-chain checks read your main wallet only. A check for an action, such as a swap, counts only activity from the block at which you started the quest, and a transaction is accepted as proof only once.
Verification results may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect due to technical limitations or third-party services.
Denshin may correct quest status, points, scores, or eligibility where an error, exploit, abuse, or inaccurate verification is identified.
05Scores, Points, Rankings, and Reputation
Denshin calculates points, ranks, leaderboard positions, and a reputation score based on your activity. Season points decide your position on a season’s leaderboard; lifetime points decide your rank, which never resets. Your reputation score, built from your wallet history and the X, Discord, and Telegram accounts you link, multiplies the points quests pay you.
These metrics are part of the Denshin product experience only. Points have no monetary value. They are not a token or a currency, and they cannot be transferred, bought, sold, exchanged, or spent. Denshin has not launched a token.
Points, ranks, and scores do not represent financial value, ownership rights, securities, investment products, credit scores, or guarantees of future rewards.
Denshin may change scoring formulas, eligibility requirements, weighting systems, and ranking methodology at any time to improve the Service, reduce abuse, or support new seasons.
06Seasons and Rewards
Denshin runs seasons. Each season has its own window, quests, leaderboard, and prize pool, and its rules are published in the player handbook and in the application.
By participating, you also agree to the applicable season rules.
A season’s prize pool is fixed for that season and is split among the top places on its leaderboard, by place. The size and currency of the pool and the number of paid places are published with each season. Under the current payout rules:
- when the season window ends, the leaderboard is frozen and a final snapshot of ranks and prize amounts is written;
- to be paid, a ranked player needs at least one verified swap inside the season window;
- payments are made manually, off-chain, to the main wallet on the eligible player’s profile — there is no claim transaction and nothing to pay.
Whether you receive a reward depends on your leaderboard position at the close of the season, the eligibility rules, anti-sybil checks, and compliance with these Terms and the season rules.
Denshin may deny, cancel, adjust, or withhold rewards where we reasonably identify fraud, manipulation, duplicate accounts, bots, sybil activity, technical exploits, or other abuse.
Prize amounts shown while a season is live are projections of the current standing, not guaranteed rewards. A reward is determined only by the final season snapshot and the eligibility rules.
You are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or legal requirements that may apply to rewards you receive.
The white list and Genesis
Joining the white list on denshin.io takes a wallet address only: nothing is signed and nothing is charged. The white list closes at 23:59 UTC on 31 October 2026.
A wallet on the list makes its Denshin account a Genesis citizen — once per account and once per address — with a permanent Genesis badge and 100 bonus points. The bonus counts toward your rank, but not toward season points, the leaderboard, or payouts.
Genesis citizens are the first group Denshin intends to invite when something new opens. This is a priority, not a guarantee of any particular reward: Genesis does not promise a token, an airdrop, an allocation, or a date.
07Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- use bots, scripts, automation, or artificial traffic to manipulate Denshin;
- create or control multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage;
- manipulate quests, rankings, rewards, referrals, or verification systems;
- exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities;
- impersonate another person or project;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
- use stolen, compromised, or unauthorized accounts or wallets;
- use Denshin for unlawful activity;
- attempt to bypass restrictions or anti-abuse systems.
Denshin may suspend or restrict accounts, remove points, revoke eligibility, or exclude users from rewards where these rules are violated.
08Third-Party Services
Denshin interacts with third-party blockchain networks, protocols, wallets, analytics providers, social platforms, APIs, and infrastructure providers.
Quests may direct you to third-party protocols, such as decentralized exchanges, lending markets, or liquidity pools. Those protocols are not operated by Denshin. A transaction you make there is made by you, under that protocol’s own terms, fees, and risks.
These third parties operate independently from Denshin and may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, risks, and availability.
Denshin does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.
09No Financial Advice
Denshin provides software, quests, verification tools, and informational content.
Nothing on Denshin constitutes:
- investment advice;
- financial advice;
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or use any digital asset;
- a guarantee of profit or financial return.
A quest that asks you to swap, deposit, stake, or provide liquidity describes an action Denshin can verify. It is not a recommendation to make that transaction or to use that protocol.
You are responsible for evaluating the risks of any blockchain protocol, token, transaction, or digital asset.
10Service Availability
Denshin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Because Denshin is an early-stage product, features may contain bugs, change, become unavailable, or be removed.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of any feature, or compatibility with every wallet, blockchain, browser, protocol, or third-party service.
11Intellectual Property
The Denshin name, logo, interface, visual design, graphics, software, documentation, text, scoring systems, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Denshin unless otherwise stated.
You may use the Service for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Denshin content or software except where permitted by law or with our written permission. This does not restrict search engines and other crawlers from indexing the public pages our robots.txt files allow.
12Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Denshin will not be liable for losses arising from:
- blockchain transactions;
- lost or compromised wallets;
- smart contract failures;
- third-party protocols;
- token price changes;
- network fees;
- failed or delayed transactions;
- unavailable third-party services;
- incorrect quest verification;
- lost rewards or opportunities;
- service interruptions;
- user error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we may update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
Continued use of Denshin after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
14Termination
You may stop using Denshin at any time.
Denshin may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the Service and its users.
15Applicable Law
Your use of Denshin is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Because Denshin is currently an early-stage project without a registered legal entity, no specific exclusive governing-law jurisdiction is designated in these Terms at this stage.
Mandatory consumer, privacy, or other legal rights that apply to you under applicable law remain unaffected.
